Sizing and fitting. Our garments are voluminous and dramatic, with a relaxed, easy fit. They are adjustable and versatile. Our pieces are designed to fit most shapes and sizes. An ÛNE garment aims to fit an european size 36-44.

Eco Friendly Packaging. All orders are shipped in eco-friendly recycled Kraft mailers, boxes sealed with paper tape. We have replaced plastic bubble wrap with paper alternatives. Please re-use or recycle your packaging from ÛNE and all other online retailers to help eliminate waste.

Shipping policy. ÛNE is not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier. Return shipping rates from refused packages reach an upwards of kr2,017.00SEK which ÛNE does not pay. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Return policy. Please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by ÛNE and is the customers responsibility. A shipping label can be created and emailed to you however this amount will be invoiced prior to sending the shipping label along with the shipping for the exchanged item.
