All orders are shipped from Stockholm with DHL or POSTNORD and using as minimal packaging as possible.
Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days. We are a small and slow business, so please respect that our handling time can be up to 2 weeks if a certain item is not in stock. All orders will be shipped once a week with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created.
International shipping is available at the expense of the buyer at varied rates. All international orders take 10+ days transportation. ÛNE is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping address may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
For vintage and slow label pieces , only an exchange or voucher can be arranged. If you have any hesitations about your size, please leave a note for us at checkout.
How to return an item
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 30 days from the day on which the order was delivered to you.
1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at info@uneatelier.com , tell us your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Make sure the items you would like to return are unworn, unwashed and folded in the original packaging including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
3. Please note that return shipping and re-shipment is not covered by ÛNE and is the customers responsibility. A shipping label can be created and emailed to you however this amount will be invoiced prior to sending the shipping label along with the shipping for the exchanged item.
4. Once we’ve received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund/exchange process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price will be refunded.

Please be aware that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
